![]() ![]() I will contact and get my case number work order updated and hopefully they can get the 2022 version added back so I can get the previous versions back on the license as well. I still have the previous 2022 license and just tested it and its working properly. Then I noticed that 2022 was missing again from the products page. But then something happened where I couldn't create a deployment from custom installs so they fixed that and then I saw they merged all my versions under a collective seat in the products so I regenerated that license for all previous versions as well. When I was having issues earlier and 2022 was not on my products page, I had a work order fix that issue then was able to generate a 2022 license. I am not sure how I didn't notice this, but the 2022 entitlement is not included on this current license. Im baffled, hoping someone here may have some insight? I have already migrated 5 other licenses over to this new server which includes others that utililze Flexera and they work fine. I must be missing something somewhere here, but I have gone over this troubleshooting page multiple times, and have tried starting from scratch a few times now but still getting the same issue. Port already in use troubleshooting was tried using multiple other ports. Licpath.lic is correct and the format is correct pointing to our license server and port. The options file is na in this situation. I have made sure to open the correct default port and also tested with two other ports per the directions found. I attempted to try to delete the CascadeInfo.cas file and it is not found on neither client nor server side. I made the firewall exceptions from this link. I checked the debug.log to verify the vendor daemon status on hostname and asdkflex version is the latest. There should be no new version as the license server is an absolute fresh Windows 2019 server. ![]() “Network License Not Available – Error ” despite LMTOOLS is updates to latest version link found here. I downloaded the latest network license manager found here. I submitted the license to the license parser site and it shows the correct hostname and mac address/hosted along with the correct version, serial number, and expiration still valid. I am unable to follow the recommended Autodesk 2020 or newer change/reset license for Autodesk software as I am unable to click the upper right triangle due to the program closing after the error message. link and verified the server status is up. I am able to ping the the license server from client side. The main issue is I have been trying to setup a new NLM on a brand new Windows Server 2019 but seem to not be having having luck reaching the license server. But now Autocad 2022 is missing again from my products and services page. I was able to get that resolved, then I had issues with not being able to use the custom installs for deployment options. I originally had issues with Autocad 2022 not showing up under Products and Services. I have submitted a support case and it has been over a week now since I have heard a reply. ![]()
